    那是今年年前的事了,通过阿里巴巴接触到一个韩国客户J,他对我们的太子车产品很感兴趣。第一次交易是一辆样品车,客户收到样品后比较满意的,说要来工厂考察。N天后J带着一个肨工程师就来了我们工厂,并对产品提出了进一步改进的要求:
 
   1.脚踏位置在现有基础上后移10厘米;
   2.车座加高;
   3.车尾方管改为拱形圆管;

    确定后开始讨价还价,价格压的贼低贼低,我的提成空间一度降至危险区域。

    无奈,手里单子实在不多,就算薄利多销吧,成交!交货期定在3月15日,付款方式:30%TT预付,货到指定货代仓库后70%TT。(其实这里已经存在一个问题,由于对方坚持自己的货代出货,在出船之前我们一定要收齐全部货款。虽然合同上写了:货到港口仓库后付款,但这种收款方式操作起来很是麻烦,仍旧是有风险的。当时满脑子提成提成,疏忽了……-_-)

    单子签下来,俺就欢欢喜喜的回家过大年了!不是因为有了单子才欢喜,而是因为要回家啦,家好远啊,难得回一次阿…………

    年十五还没过完,在家听说韩国客户J带着他的老大又去我们工厂考察了。之前车的颜色订的是红色,现在又要改成黄色。工厂的喷塑都是在外面加工的,由于刚过完年,喷塑厂忙的要命,现在提出更改颜色人家根本就不肯。无奈工厂只得自己买来黄色塑粉,说尽好话才搞定。可是时间上,肯定是要延期几天的了。

    15号到了,货的准备也接近尾声。客户J派常驻中国的翻译前来催督,接着又提出对车后轴进行改进的要求,需要额外加工车轴连通后轮。呜呼,工厂抓狂了……×※◎#%客户坚持在不延期的情况下做出改进。工厂彻夜加工,还是延迟几天,好像20来号才出货。出货前1天,我们也压了客户一次:要求出货前所有款全部付清。不论客户怎么嚎,还是答应照做了。没办法,之前签合同时留下的纰漏,就算客户不爽也要压他一次。

    一个月前J收到货之后,陆续发来邮件:“你们怎么做生意的,延期7、8天!?以后再不和你们做生意了”。晕,之前跟客户就交代过,来回的改动,对工厂生产肯定有影响,延期是没有办法的事情。我无奈的回“很抱歉。但是你们一直要求改动才这样的,不做拉倒……”;

    又过了几天,客户收到货了,发来邮件:“你们是骗子小偷,车的主梁怎么是木头而不是玻璃钢,和样品不一样?”。(×※…◎◎只是主梁头部有一块小木头的衬垫而已……气愤的回:“请看清楚后再说话,明明是玻璃钢,怎么是木头”

     2007-04-23早,照常打开邮箱接收邮件。突然发现一个熟悉的发件人新邮件,难道是?……

     打开一看:我们很遗憾的通知你,上次你们发来的12辆车太难骑了。为什么?在我们卖给客户后,所有的产品都被退回。为什么?我们不理解为什么你们产品的质量,第一次样车质量是没有问题的。现在我们能做甚么?我们将把所有的产品退还给你!请你把全部货款TT打给我们。

    妈妈呀,又是他!痛苦的回忆涌上心头…………

    说真的,由于工厂原因这批货质量确实一般,主要是喷塑效果不如样品。其他都是按照客户要求来做的。当时发货前,客户派来他们公司的人,直到我们发货。唉,现在又说质量有问题,要退,早干嘛了阿。前几天在论坛发帖求助过这个麻烦。根据大家的建议,还是发了邮件询问车到底是哪里有问题。甚么问题都不告诉我,让我怎么处理?
 
    邮件发出去一个礼拜了,今天收到回复:We would like to make claim for your cargos 12pcs to shipping company officialy.
To do so,you have to make claim to shanghai shipping company and than the claim will be transfer the duty and things
into us and than we can make claim to korean ship's owner company officialy.
If you do the claim to the shipping company,they will contact with us in our side.
Pls advise it immediately.
Otherwise we will lost so much money.Because this time cargo wheels are all curved due to ship's accident and container shaking.So all cargo are retunred after selling.
Now we are fighting for the claim to shipping company.It is very difficult now.
Your favorite answer will be much appreciated for us.
    晕死……是让我申诉船公司么???那是你的货代哦。船发生了事故?甚么样的事故?那现在到底是谁的问题???

    没错,我们交货是延期了,车的质量也没有百分百的好,是有我们的过错。可是交货延期并没有给客户带来损失,这是其一;其二,质量出现问题可以协商解决,前提是告诉我哪里出了问题?需要详细的描述和照片资料,以便我们配合解决。上次有个美国客户收到货后发现车的后挡泥板中部钢管瘪曲了,并发来照片。分析原因是工厂加工不到位造成,那行,工厂免费再加工一批挡泥板,18辆车32个,几十公斤重的货我们公司来免费快递发送。问题解决,客户满意。这并不是很难处理的问题。

    想了一下,我写了回复如下:

After that day you said you would not do any business with me, I gave up your business, and already built new distributor in Korea. To be frank, I really don't understand what happened to the cargos and what are you doing now? You puzzled me out and out !!!!!!!! First, please clear your mind and check following information:

If you do not  solve this problem,we will make official claim to your embassor and governments and than make
all lost money to compensate for this 12pcs.
We do not understand your mind at all.
did you check the materials by your self ?You are a theif ?
Pls reply immediately.
Otherwise we will claim this things to your governments immediately.
We imported many products from china.But it was a first time.We paid all money to you as you required.
Oh my god !!!!.We are craying now ....
Pls solve this problem immediately.
Now we received so many complaint from our local governments.

So after selling them to customers,all products returned to us.Why ?
We do not understand your quality.At first time your sample quality is no problem.
And so we selled your products 30pcs to our local governments but 12pcs all rejected by local governments.
Therefore we are selling them to customers but also it were returned to us.We are very difficult positions.
Whay should we do for them ? And so we will return your all products to you.
Pls return all amount by T/T immediately.Your quality were too lower than your first sample.

Ok,It's more than 30days that you got our roadsters, and You keep complaining, threatening our company. But all the time there is no one detailed information about the problems of roadsters. No description, no photos, how can I understand what's wrong with our roadsters??? I'm doubt is there real any problems in our roadsters???
 
Today you told me there was a ship's accident inducing the cargo wheels curved. But what kind of accident??? When did it happen? How ?? Sorry for my malapert, that's your shipping agent, not mine. I can't claim the shipping company without any evidence.

回信,还没有发送。脑子还是有点混乱。我做事不够果断,客户受损失了我心里也不安,虽然还不清楚到底是甚么问题。唉,再考虑一下,要不要这么发。
发帖的原因,主要是请明眼人再指点一下,从头到尾,我做的不足的地方有哪些?
